Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to request a return following the procedures outlined below.

Our policy states that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to initiate a return.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, an item must:

  • be in the same condition as when received;
  • not have been worn, washed, or used;
  • ]have all original tags attached;
  • ]be contained in the original packaging;

 

We do not accept returns of:

  • ]used, damaged, or washed items;
  • ]customized items upon request;
  • ]items without tags or original packaging;
  • ]gift cards or promotional products (if specified on the product page);

How to Initiate a Return

Once logged in:

  1. Enter your postal code;
  2. Enter your order number or tracking code (found in your order confirmation email);
  3. Select the item you wish to return;
  4. Indicate the reason for the return (choose the closest match).
  5. Choose the refund method:
    • ]refund via original payment method,
    • ]gift voucher for use on our e-commerce platform,

Return Shipping

If your return is approved, you will receive an email with your label within 12/24 hours of your request.

Shipping costs are always free except in certain cases or with specific product types, which will be clarified at the time of request. Customized merchandise cannot be returned and will therefore be refused.
