Pravila otkazivanja

Some items in our store may be available via subscription or pre-order. This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases. 

Subscription
If you purchase a subscription, you will receive deliveries on a continuous basis. These deliveries are based on the subscription duration and selected frequency.
Your payment details will be stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay upfront.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Confirmation emails contain links to manage your subscription.

Pre-orders When you place a pre-order, you purchase a product that is out of stock or available soon, for which stock is not yet available. At checkout, we may not charge any payment or may only charge a partial deposit and store the payment method, then fulfill the order and charge the full or remaining amount at a later date.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. Please see our return policy for more details.
