When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Legea reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion for any reason. Your order is not confirmed until Legea confirms acceptance. Before accepting an order, we must receive and process payment. Please review your order carefully before submission, as Legea may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. In case of rejection, modification, or cancellation, we will notify you via email, billing address, and/or phone number provided during order placement.

You warrant that you are making purchases for personal or family use and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and offers are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include taxes, customs duties, shipping, handling, or import fees.

For orders shipped to Montenegro, Legea commits to covering customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees as required by local authorities. The total displayed at checkout will include these charges, and the customer will not need to pay additional amounts upon delivery for these items.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery. All estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control. Legea will handle necessary customs procedures for entry into Montenegro. However, we are not responsible for exceptional delays due to customs inspections outside our proper documentation management. Once products are handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

Our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, brands, texts, visuals, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, and audio, as well as their design, selection, and organization, are owned by Legea, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by U.S. and international patent, copyright, and intellectual property laws.
